Its name: Titanic. Great. In between two pictures of the planned building (that is nothing more than a mound of dirt for t<a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_WCbif0e62eM\/S7yyP8eEDpI\/AAAAAAAAALk\/5eERrHVJd1w\/s1600\/Droid+Pictures+156.jpg\"><\/a>he moment), is a portrait of President Kabila that says: &ldquo;Modern Titanic&rdquo; and &ldquo;The Congo, soon the mirror of Africa.&rdquo;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:30px;padding-top:0px;padding-bottom:0px\" class=\"is-core-paragraph-block has-space-small-mb\">Makes you wonder whether any of the managers of the project have seen the movie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:30px;padding-top:0px;padding-bottom:0px\" class=\"is-core-paragraph-block has-space-small-mb\">More information about the Modern Construction Congo company and its various projects can be found <a href=\"http:\/\/www.modernconstructioncongo.com\/projects.html\">here<\/a>. It apparently belongs to several Indian businessmen who have worked in aviation in the Congo. This is almost as great as the mega-project of creating a mini-Dubai in the Congo river, the Cite du Fleuve, which can be seen.
